About
Flight Deck Bike Park is Moreno Valley's dedicated bike and wheel-sports facility, a 2.5-acre destination opened December 18, 2025 on the southern side of Morrison Park at 13460 Morrison Street. Designed and built by American Ramp Company and inspired by the city's aviation heritage, the park was engineered to give riders of all ages, abilities, and skill levels a progression-friendly space to develop their riding. The marquee feature is a 25,000-square-foot Velosolutions asphalt pump track — the largest of its kind in Southern California. The facility also includes the region's first adaptive track for riders of all abilities, the first asphalt jump lines in Southern California, and a separate asphalt bicycle playground designed for young riders just getting started on two wheels. A one-thousand-foot connecting path weaves the elements together using Ambient Glow Technology (AGT) — sunlight-charged glow rocks that illuminate the trail after dark. Per the City, this is the first use of AGT in Southern California. Free admission. Bikes, non-motorized scooters, skateboards, and rollerblades are welcome; motorized bikes and motorized scooters are strictly prohibited.
